I boiled some pasta earlier and it went all mushy after I put it in the colander, like mashed potatoes, it ruined my night and is still there on my mind. I blanched it through but just turned out like not how ive ever had. I mean I ate some but I just couldn't eat any more and loathe food waste...

An Im not trying to sound arrogant but I know how to cook too, or at least I thought so

You have good ideas though as it is Friday tomorrow, some food for thought...

Overcooked pasta tastes so bad haha

Just boil for 12 mins and drain then add into the sauce and fry in that for a minute

hiding from cock pics.

I often overcook my gnocchi, but this week I boiled it for about 2 minutes and then pan-fried it with a home made sauce and it was perfect, delicious and not mushy at all.

Don't think I've ever had gnocchi, what sauces do you make usually?
