Age Regression

Anyone else an age regressor? Not in the sexual sense; I never age regress voluntarily during sexual things; but just as a way to get back to childhood pleasures and heal yourself?

It’s been a big help these past couple of months after a few rocky years…really helped me get on the road to healing my childhood trauma

I'm not sure what age regression is to be honest but this week I have been vividly reliving childhood experiences but how I would have wanted to handle them, not actually what happened.

I’ll have to Google what that means, but quite often I’ll have nostalgia moments. Old books, games and activities from my childhood that I look back on all misty eyed and rose tinted..

It’s good to reminisce and revisit the good old days

Age régression means different things to different people but it’s essentially a way of acting younger than your years, sometimes even as young as a child. Many trauma survivors and mental illness sufferers use it as a way to cope (much like I do) it’s also useful for just getting in touch with your inner child
