Martyn Green claims that he is being singled out by the psychotic winged menace as it ignores his wife Julie but left him soaked in blood after a vicious attack.

Green, who lives in Devon, said: "Every time I go out, this seagull comes down and has a go at me.

"The other day he came down and swooped up behind me and stabbed me in the top of the head. I was left with blood trickling down the back of my head. It was really painful.

"And for four or five days I had a raging infection which might have been from the seagull."

Green explained that the seagull is one of several nesting in the chimney of his home.

He added: "It seems to pick on me, not my wife - he has got it in for me."

How mad is that.....

A couple who live near us moved down from London and were thrilled that their roof had been chosen as a site for a seagulls nest. How cute they thought, until the chicks hatched...

We all keep a sharp look out for any signs they're eyeing up our roof and gently dissuade them.

Seagulls are the bird mafia. Someone must have put a hit out on him.

Nesting crows can see gulls off, very aggressive
