I decided breakfast was unnecessary today so I had a bit of a surplus to fill. Although I'm really trying to consider the quality of the calorie (for satiation). So no junk sources (I did have popcorn today but... fiber)

I do have mangoes... honey mangoes too (my fave).

But I had one from that box the other day and it was so disappointing. I don't think I could face a fresh round of heartbreak

I made the crackers and Camembert. Feeling like a jammy fucker because I had EXACTLY 30g of cheese left. It was gonna be a solid, 206 calorie snack.

But then.

I dropped one of the fucking crackers.
