Chelmsford

Reports from the Care Quality Commission that at one Ambulance Service Trust that bullying is normalised and inappropriate sexual behaviour is accepted. Does anyone work in a similar environment or know of anyone experience normalised bullying.

It's all over the news

Since leaving the military I was shocked to discovery that setting fire to people isn't "bants" any more. They get upset and call it "bullying" and don't see the funny side. They are also not down for having to stick your hand in the piranha tank and running twice around the building with your pants down if you get 7 balled in pool.

Utter bullshit. 0/10

Horsham

I worked on the ramp at an airport, that area still has a very long way to go in all areas.

There was an asian bloke had the name sambo, a female tug driver was called sugar tits, if you were a bit shy, you got annihilated.

but there are people that call out others as bullies for no reason like a boss asking someone to do something they dont want to do ...or use bullying as an excuse ..

example ...in one care home there are 5 daytime seniors one works to the rule who wants everything done right takes her job seriously .... then the other 4 are a bit more relaxed jokey what you get is the one who takes her job seriously is the so called bully and no one wants her shift's .... ive seen this with nursing both general and mental health so yes alot are mislabeled as bullys too
