My nan’s spare room.

I’m obviously hoping you all say yes, I’m absolutely certain there’s something about yourselves that you can find to be happy about.

For me I feel happy that I’d say I’m reasonably physically fit for somebody approaching 54.

What about yourselves are you happy with?

I’m happy that I’ve achieved a certain “unrealistic” goal that I’ve had since I was 16. Nothings more of a confidence builder than realising you can make anything a reality if you put your mind to it

I've been happier.

A few things over the last 12 months have knocked me back. But I have plans in place to get back to where I was, so that's made a bit happier in myself

Just my tummy. Must be a menopause thing. It’s just the tummy! I honestly don’t think I could meet someone new. My confidence is shot to shit. Thanks though xx

I get a little buzz out of drinking Cherry Lucozade, which is negated by the drop later, and the tight chest and throat from the caffeine and Cherry syrup.

Whilst I wish I was as trim and athletic as I was when I was younger, in general I'm much happier.

I think being content with one's professional achievements becomes far more important the older I get, and in recent years whilst my pay stubbornly refuses to increase my professional standing has done so substantially.
