Morning all,

Anyone else have the occasional Monday off?

I find I rather look forward to them, just so I can watch the rat race in the mornings whilst have breakfast, but then when you want to do something, everyone is working

Annoying !

What are you experiences of having Mondays off?

I semi retired at 57 and fully retired about 3 years ago. I still relish Sunday nights and Monday mornings. Not having to think about work on Sunday nights, not having to prepare for the week ahead over the weekend is one of the best things about retirement

I'm off til September. It's got its nice bits and must admit to waking on a Monday with a smug face but it is getting dull

Always off on Mondays, with my job it’s the norm, I do get fed up of not having anyone to make plans with. I use the day to get most of my housework done or make appointments

Secret hideaway in the pennines

I only have to do 90 mins, on a Monday, but it can be any time, so Monday mornii are very much slob mornings
