I will pick the bones out of everything they say to see if they are indeed being truthful or are just simply 'full of shit'. | |||

It doesnt always happen, I just wish I had a better grip on it at times x" I usually write out things on paper that are bothering me and play it forward to possible conclusions, writing out “what’s the worst that could happen” and “what is wiring on my control”. I find that being pragmatic and realistic when you’re doing so helps me assimilate and process things. Good luck OP X | |||
