I wanted a Spider-Man web shooter that came with this can to fill in the shooter with some kind of liquid. Thinking back, it was probably a good call because I would've made a right mess

That Les Ferdinand football thing. If they’d got me that I might have been sat on the MOTD sofa on a Saturday night instead of talking to a bunch of perverts on an Internet forum.

A pony. We had a shed it could live in and there was a patch of scrubland at the back of the house with grass for it to eat, couldn't see what the problem would be.

I had a lot of very disappointed Christmases as a kid and it's still a family joke now.

Not really, it was quite cheaply made and it broke pretty quickly. I made a small totem pole out of it

Nah, the size of my arse these days it would have to be a massive shirehorse!

I do have a garage it could live in though, and plenty of grass around the flats, so you just never know...

I don't think there was anything.

Not in a spoiled brat kind of way. I just didn't hassle them for stuff.

And if I banged on about something in conversation it might turn up at Christmas

For me it was one of the Evel Knievel toys. You had a handle you spun round then the motorbike shot off. I had a cousin who has one but I was not allowed as my dad thought it would scratch the hallway floor!
