I often do parkrun, but need to get a decent bike ride in today instead, and I want to get out ahead of the heat arriving.

Awesome. Yes, I try to check out a new venue every week so I'm hoping for some tree cover today!

Good idea.

I'm doing the London to Brighton bike ride tomorrow which is always fun.

It's definitely going to be cooler on Sunday, I just hope the rain stays away.

Think I trued it once but wasn't for me. I prefer running alone. Head phones in and block the world lol

Fingers crossed for the weather tomorrow! It would be hellish doing that ride in weather like we've had the last few days.

Hope it all goes well for you.

Thank you!

Yes, 30 degree heat would have been awful, even with a 6:30 start.

I'm normally a running loner but the added competition always brings out a PB. I can't help but turn it into a race!

Yes I’m a park runner infact I’ve done over a hundred but I’m struggling for motivation at the moment and logging onto fab seems to take priority on Saturday morning these days.

Yes, I often do one in Manchester by wheelchair. Unfortunately can't today because I have to visit my Dad in hospital.

Manchester (he/him)

There are quite a lot!

I used to do a weekly running thread but I keep forgetting to post it.

I’m currently still nursing an injury but I’m moving to a leisurely walk away from a parkrun in the next week or two

How did it go?

Mine was good. Tiny smattering of rain at the end to cool me down!

Not today! I've got a 10k race morrow that I'm hoping for a PB on so I'm resting my legs today.

Under 54 minutes will be a PB. Hoping for 52. Depends if it's hot. I don't run well in the heat so I'm not going to beat myself up about it.
