How often do people get checked, its actually my job and it makes me cringe when I see so many pictures on here with nothing on. Do people actually know the risk

I guess some do, some don’t.

Many will opt to play bare despite the risks as they enjoy it more, their choice I guess as long as they’re all consenting and informed adults.

I’d use it as a filter tbh. Although to be fair many bareback pics might be with their long term partner?
