Why do they need more? Are they unable to be selective in who they reply to, or are they spamming swathes of people?

I don't know what the limit is, but I suspect it's not unreasonable.

When I first joined I wanted to be polite and reply to everyone. That's the one time I ran out of messages. (yes, I learned the error of my ways quickly)

Could be that. I have always been photo verified, and previously meet verified.

The answer appears to be "wait until midnight", which personally does not seem onerous.

Nothings THAT urgent on here, after all - it's just a bunch of people not shagging each other...
