What is the fear itself? Is there a specific part of the flight that scares you?

To to your gp and ask for a mild sedative to help. Do not under any circumstances drink with it though.

Some of the airlines offer courses to help you cope, you could try that?

It's proven to be one of the safest ways to travel.

Although there are 25 seasons of Air Crash Investigations.

Pretty sure they'd be some tutorials on YouTube. Can't remember exactly but I used the method where you imagine it and turn it black and white in your mind...

"Go to the dr and get pills. Easy "

Take a trial flying lesson. If you see what goes into the flying process, it might help. Don't go on a windy day though.

Also websites that discuss the fear and give info.

I found them really useful.

The worst part of flying is getting stuck in the seat in front of the fidgeting kid with a parent that won’t control it or next to the person that wants to tell you their entire life story, while you’re trying to watch a film- apart from that, the only bit I don’t like is landing, as it’s the bit planes are least capable of doing easily
