Glasgow

Cous cous is super easy to make no real cooking required great for bulking out salads.

I like to make some up using stock not plain water, add diced or similarly “chunky” salad veggies (varies depending on what I have in but usually some combo of diced cucumber, halved cherry toms, diced peppers, sweetcorn, edamame and some sweet chilli sauce mix and serve

Keeps well in a tub for a packed lunch too

Have a steak to fry or bbq with a Waldorf salad.

Fries or bread to accompany? Or garlic mushrooms..?

A box at end of your bed

Get a takeaway let them do the cooking for you. Then you can just sit back drink beer and wait for it to arrive.

Get two salmon steaks and place them on two tin foil pieces (about 12" square).

Spread a layer of cream cheese on the top and then sprinkle some chopped nuts (make sure they are no allergic otherwise it will spoil your evening).

Cut up some onion and mushroom, add to the side of the steaks.

spry with a little oil and drizzle some lemon or lime juice over the top.

Wrap them up in the tin foil and pop in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve with a salad...........

EASY and Very tasty !!!

Aberdeen

"Student Burritos" from my time at uni.

Mince, taco seasoning, cheese, sweet chilli sauce or salsa in a seared wrap.

Used to buy and spread a little sour cream on the wrap if I'd just been paid :D

What about sticky orange chicken.

Orange juice, sesame oil, dash of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and thicken with corn flour.
