It is definitely not the _average_ calorie intake. | |||

Since I need that much, I don’t struggle to eat it, so it’s just normal stuff, just bigger portions For example I might have 300-400g or cereal with about a litre of milk for breakfast. Nothing fancy. Just big portions. If I want to gain weight then I start to struggle. | |||
