Team building events are mostly shite and don’t really help to build teams. At least that was my experience of corporate life. Thank fuck I don’t work for a big corporate any more.

That's my experience of them too

I've been trying to get them to do that bubble football, purely so I can get paid for body slamming some of my knobhead colleagues while imagining that I'm actually throat punching them

The only team building exercises I've ever done were on leadership courses. They were alright
