Phone text Upgrade

Has anyone experienced problems trying to get a supporters pass via mobile text.

I've checked and double checked my phone settings but get no text back from the site. I'm not being charged other than my outgoing text so I'm wondering if the service is not available anymore ???

Make sure there’s no spend cap on your account, it should cost you £5 for the supporter pass plus charge for standard text message

Had mine set to £5 in the past and couldn’t renew support pass until I’ve increased cap

Did ours today. Only issue we’ve ever had was once it started charging repeat times. To avoid this,once you’ve done it,just text STOP to the same number

It won't be this site that does that, they only charge when someone sends for a text

As long as you have enough credit it should send OP. You need credit for the £5 plus whatever your network might charge for the text

im sure it wasn’t but I queried my bill and that’s what the extra payment was and they advised to send stop message which I’ve done since with no issues so all good
