Keep someone's phone number for after having a meet with them ? I only had a one off meet with him 3 years ago & the other day I had a text from out of the blue which I found really strange or is it just me ?

I confess that I shagged this girl for like 6 weeks, then we broke up for 6 months, I had long deleted her no. She messaged me, I had to quickly figure out who it was without letting on. Anyone been there?

I find it odd to get a message after a couple of months have passed, let alone a couple of years!
