Yep, take regular paracetamol and ibuprofen every 4-6 hours.

Plenty of water, and rest.

Keep an eye on your cough (when it develops and it will) Whooping cough has been going around Bristol - most of my office has had it and it's awful. The whole thing took 3 weeks to clear fully.

no hint of a cough so far but only been feeling shitty for a couple of days. dont want a whopping cough!
