I have both my nipples pierced but thinking of one down below. Any sexual enhancement? And is it painful?

It’s not painful.

It doesn’t enhance anything for me personally but it looks pretty

I have a VCH and its about the same level of pain as an ear piercing. Nipple was worse.

It was more sensitive for about 4 months now it doesn't really do much except look pretty.
