I am a professional male aged 32.

I am looking for a buddy-up or studio flat around Milton Keynes, Towcester or Northampton.

I am available to move from 01/07/2022 and have a budget of £600pcm.

I prefer to share with females, ideally between 25 and 45 years old.

Not interested in house share accommodation with multiple occupants.

Why only female if it’s nothing sexual as you stated

????

Reading bween the lines your add sounds like your looking for a “in” sort off thing ie house share

And then work your way in to they knickers

Now if I am picking up on this from the add I am pritty shour woman are as well

As well tuned as my reading bween the lines is woman’s beats me hands down

It screams sexual to me as very specific to females within a certain age range. And, why advertise on here? Surely there are better places to find a platonic flat mate.

Reading between the lines, your ad sounds like you are looking for an “in” sort of thing, i.e. house share.

And then work your way into their knickers.

Now, if I am picking up on this from the ad, I am pretty sure women are as well.

As well-tuned as my reading between the lines is, woman beats me hands down "

It's a copy/paste text from SpareRoom. I got a lot of messages from private landlords that rent rooms in shared houses. I am living in one and want to change that.

I prefer women because I get along better with them than with men.

I understand why you or other women would think that I'm looking for more, considering this is a "sex" site, and I apologise for that, but I am simply trying to expand my search options.

I don't find it creepy. If he himself was out the age range then yes but he's bang in the middle of it. Women are cleaner on the whole too.
