Smooth Dijon, mixed into the milk. I just really like mustard and cornflakes are pretty plain tasting so can carry some pep.

I totally agree with this: recently I had some Manchego served with The Bay Tree sweet chilli jam. It's very more-ish.

This I agree with and I've converted a few friends. I also like hot cross buns toasted with cheese on, a bit of Branston pickle tops it off perfectly aswell.
