Secret hideaway in the pennines

Rich fruit cake ( Uniced Christmas cake type) with a good mature cheddar, it's a definite taste sensation.

PS

All my friends think I am weird because I love that combination

Smooth Dijon, mixed into the milk. I just really like mustard and cornflakes are pretty plain tasting so can carry some pep.

I totally agree with this: recently I had some Manchego served with The Bay Tree sweet chilli jam. It's very more-ish.

This I agree with and I've converted a few friends. I also like hot cross buns toasted with cheese on, a bit of Branston pickle tops it off perfectly aswell.

Up on them there hills

Salmon (in any form) and plain crisps sandwiches.

Salmon has to have a level of vinegar and the bread has to have an open texture.

Need to stop drooling, so not dignified.
