I went to a party over the weekend and saw a couple I know. I got there quite late and play had already started. When I saw them I left. I'm not sure they saw me.

Any advice?

Are you worried they saw you and recognised you?

Chances are that they didn't, and even if they did, I'm sure they wouldn't have minded the fact they saw you. Discretion and all that. Don't worry about it

It would have been a conversation starter.

Unless you are there when you shouldn’t then not sure what the problem is.

If you’re an adult about things then it’s not much of an issue.

Sounds to me like you'll be embarrassed if anyone you know learns you enjoy sex.

If there's people you don't like on a personal level at a party then yeah, leave if it will make people uncomfortable, but leaving in case you got spotted really does sound like you think you're doing something wrong by being there.

Some people find things much more difficult than others. Being open about this lifestyle can be very tricky for a whole multitude of reasons.

Those who can be very open about it are lucky in some ways. Just saying there is no problem doesn't really help. It's obviously bothering the OP or they wouldn't have posted
