Stew chicken (with a jerk flavour, I seasoned the chicken like jerk)

And a fresh salad

I know the feeling, that's why I always season my chicken a day or days in advance, need a high protein diet because I'm a gym rat

In the middle

I had tuna mixed with grated cheese, diced red onion, diced red pepper, diced cucumber with a squirt of salad cream to hold it all together before wrapping it in lettuce leaves and shoving it in my face
