It depends on how people define "love". I suspect those who have said it isn't possible are thinking of it as some sort of deeper, long term or lifetime commitment. That is a form of love but not the only definition of it.

Love, in the beginning, is an intense emotion whereby we feel we are not whole without the object of our desire. It evolves from there, for better or worse.

I can see why someone prone to extreme emotions would and could fall in love and die for their loved one in 4 days, particularly in time of extreme circumstances such as when they're fighting for survival on a sinking ship or trying to escape an invading army.

It was in less than 4 days for me. I knew i loved my (now) hubby as soon as i met him approx 14 years ago. We met via another swinging website, exchanged some messages, met for a social and bam !! I have loved him since then. Thankfully he loves me too
