I truly believe that the sun makes me feel that much better. I’ve been feeling really low for a few months now but the last few days I’ve felt amazing.

Anyway using no more than a sentence, how are you feeling today??

I feel myself most nights.

Oh wait, not that kind of thread.

Actually I hate the sun, I get depressed in the summer.

I know I know, I hide it well.

I’m hoping it lasts! I need to talk to the doctor about vitamin D deficiency I think which is apparently even more common in Black people? I don’t know.

Yay for anxiety being low! Hope this stays the same. Will be checking on Monday’s check in

How I feel right now is complicated. It's been such an intense, high pressured week, but has been thrilling and a huge confidence boost and a complete revelation.

Right now I'm physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted but also incredibly excited to see what the coming weeks bring.

I'm a changed woman!
