How did it start for you? I know some of you have been swinging for years obv technology wasn't as good as it is today, how did you find out about clubs etc

It all began for Mrs S and I after a particularly saucy bit of chat during sex. We both got very suggestive about the introductions of others. It snowballed (not that kind ) from there. A bit of internet porn, and a search or two later, we joined a site and started our search.

It’s only been the last five years or so for us. My husband told me one day that he liked the idea of me with another man. I was excited by it and we joined here with a couples profile originally. It affected my self-esteem quite negatively at first and I used to delete my account after a few weeks (which is why we ended up with separate accounts) but always seemed to end up back here again. This is the longest I’ve stayed!

How did having the couples page affect your self esteem compared to having seperate accounts? I kinda know how you feel as although our pics get fabbed and messages about them that's as far as we get from here it makes me wonder what is wrong with us that we haven't got any further. Have you been successful on here?

It was my own mindset that was doing it, not other people. I’d constantly compare myself to other women here (and invariably come off worse), either in looks or forum topics, for example it would seem like everyone was capable of multiple orgasms and I rarely cum on a meet. I think I’m just more relaxed about it all and maybe a bit happier with myself, although I still struggle.

I’ve had quite a few meets from here over the years and most of them I’ve met more than once. My main problem is usually chatting to too many people then they all start asking to meet!

I think it’s probably harder as a couple because the dynamic is different, you’ve got to try and make three people happy with what is happening and I also think that there are men who put themselves forward but are actually only looking for something one-on-one and to satisfy themselves and they just hope you’ll change your boundaries to accommodate them!

It started for me (Luke) when I was in a sexless marriage. My wife told me I wasn't going to get it from her so I might as well go and get it somewhere else. That led to me going to clubs and then finding a couple of regular swinging partners.

Sadly it didn’t all happen naturally, it all felt like you had to apply with your cv. I always hoped it would have happened at a party or a night out or something.

Had a couple as friends who told me one night that it was something they were considering - tbh I was quite shocked. We had a good long chat about it and the idea always kept coming back into my head (it never truly) left.

Then one day I discussed it with my (now) wife who was very much in the no camp. We would discuss it often but that was it even though it did lead to some role-playing in bed on occasion. I even told her WHO I would want to join us (one of my single mates).

Not long after and after a long d*unken day at a family function she asked if I was still serious and I said that I was. She then told me to go and ask him (that same mate - who was staying over in the spare room that night (totally unaware of any of this chat) - if he fancied the idea. Thankfully he quickly agreed and it was the start of a on/off relationship that lasted nearly 20 years.
