I could say I am a world class surgeon with 30 years experience of hernias and give you bollocks advice. Xx

It’s a short surgery, usually done keyhole. In and out on a few hours. It’s uncomfortable for a few days, and advised to rest and work light duties for a couple of months.

Repairs are usually a one time fix with no need for further surgery.
