Struggling with this one

I am genuinely struggling with this one. Whilst I strongly believe in their democratic right to do so and to seek better employment terms, I feel for the impact that current bus (and train) strikes have on lots of people in this area at the moment. So many people have no other means of transport. Some can't get to work, others can't attend hospital appointments and other important appointments, children missing not just school but important gcse exams and so on and still no sign that the current strike will be over any time soon

If industrial action had no impact on anyone it wouldn't be effective.

Nafferton, nr Driffield.

Well organised Trades Unions in Monopoly industries are only applying basic capitalist principles.

That's true but it's affecting more those who can't afford to pay for a taxi or jump into their own car who are also loosing wages etc. Like I said, I am personally conflicted.
