Just had an abusive message saying I'm too old to be using the word ick.

Also too old to be posting 'slaggy' pics and with my beer belly too.

I don't even drink beer!

I have no idea where the rules on age restrictions for words came from. And to be fair, just assume that "ick" is a typo and the "s" was missed.

But I do know that your photos look pretty good to me.

Although I don't know whether my opinion counts for anything

Just block and move on.

I couldn't post anything relating to my fitness regime without a knob picking it apart. At first I thought it was ok...then it became irritating. Today I told him then blocked. Done.

Unnecessary to make anyone feel like that. You look great
