I do a 10 min cardio warm up before my workout and go for about a 40min walk on my lunch breaks so that's been ok up to now | |||

I’m intent on cardiovascular fitness, muscle gain and tone are a by product of that and help in my fitness, whereas you’re looking for gain and fitness is a by product | |||

"I’ve not done fasted because I haven’t seen any evidence to suggest it’s better for fat loss, so I prefer to at least have some protein in my stomach before going However, if I tried it and it made my cardio feel much better I’d definitely do it. Although, I’ll admit, I struggle to do cardio so early that I haven’t eaten by the time I do it. Good on you for being so motivated. Jealous " Ty and yes. I am really motivated. I dont really do it for the science. I find it easier just to get up and go for a walk, then when coming home, eat the breakfast too. I usually burn around 500 to 700 calories daily, including the weights that I do | |||
