Single ladies…..how do you find going to clubs alone? I feel like I should just throw myself in at the deep end and go to my first ever club night, alone, and just own it

I did and I didn’t like it

I left an hour after arriving.

Not to say you won’t enjoy it , but wasn’t for me. I find this experience a shared thing

Even if I go on solo meets I love sharing the details after with someone who loves to see me enjoying myself. I’ve only been to a club with a partner before so this was a step outside of our norm

And let the owners/bar staff know it is your first time, they usually keep an eye on you.

Not single but I wanted to try anyways the risque factor always fun but I couldn't do anything. He encouraged but it just felt unsafe without him around. Weird concept.

Oh the staff were fab. I sat at the bar chatting to them mostly. No one put me off and no one came in strong at all. Had some good banter with a few couples too. Had a wander about but didn’t feel it. Just felt outside of my comfort zone was all.

I’ve never been to a club night either and I’m a single male and I’ll be open and honest and say that I’m nervous as hell too and have been pondering about the idea for a long time but still haven’t built up the courage to go and do it alone!

I always go to clubs alone apart from my first experience where I went with a friend. It can be quite daunting and even know, I still get nervous still, but mostly people are very friendly there.
