Naturism and hairy bears

This is a question for true naturists[non sexual] what is the view on hairy bears in naturist circles. Someone is holding a naturist swim for charity at their house near me in a few days hopefully they have a swimming pool lol. I would like to go but am quite hairy although trimmed smooth in one obvious area so am concerned if that would be offensive.

Surely naturists, of all people, are accepting of everyone’s bodies? Isn’t it almost in the job description?

My experience of naturist environments (this is abroad) is that body hair removal is the norm albeit not universal so, as with any fashion, if you don't conform, you might feel conspicuous/uncomfortable.

Yes, it's a body positive scene but, people being people, there is still a dominant look. You shouldn't feel judged of course but sometimes it's hard not to when you might feel like you don't fit in.

I don't think anyone would find it offensive although some people are very sensitive it seems. I understand why you're reticent I have pubic hair and I sometimes feel judged although I have run out of flying monkeys to give. I think it would be a terrible shame if you didn't go.
