"Yes back to work tomorrow. Been a cracking long weekend. Thursday was shopping with a spot of lunch. Friday I took kids to the farm MacDonalds then play date with friends out to pub Friday night. "Hello Floro! I'm so happy it's Sunday, it means it's one day closer. Even though it means a few days of early starts and late finishes, I'm ready to get through work and get everything done I need to. So today, well I'm on a bit of a health kick. So I had a grilled goats cheese salad with roasted beetroot and garlicky sweetcorn and then pineapple and a Twister ice lolly. Probably going to have more pineapple and some strawberries while watching Stranger Things. "I started the day thinking I was going to be doing some gardening for one client but a mini crises for another one, (a holiday apartment with no power), then had me trying to first work out what was wrong, then driving an hour each way to a large DIY store to buy a specific type of circuit breaker for the trip switch box and then fitting that to get everything working again, which was satisfying. My dreams are the same they are every day, maybe they will come true somehow. Dinner was a mixed salad with a swordfish steak which was good then tonight I’ve read the second half of a novel I started yesterday which was an amazing book, my favourite of the 35 I’ve now read so far this year, called When women were dragons, which I heartily recommend to anyone with an interest in female empowerment " I’ll take a look at the book … love your recommendations | |||
