Pleased to report that even though I was absolutely steamed last night I did NOT cave and get a Maccas, even when my friends kept offering me their fries because I was the only one without food. AND I went straight to bed when I got home. AND to top it off I was 1kg lighter today ![]() That is some admirable will power right there. Kudos to you. I also got my period so probably dropped some of the water I was holding to since ovulation. Pretty much all my buddies that compete do the same too, maybe we’re all medical anomalies? In fact plenty of fighters will cuts 8-10kg for fights and rehydrate. Maybe they are medical anomalies too? Can’t remember, but I also remember they get burnt off in a weird way that makes 7 not quite right? For reference, if I’m right, fat is 9 calories per gram, C&P are 4. So alcohol is up there when it comes to racking up easy calories | |||
