Today I’m doing a roast - I know, not only humour, good looks - but I can cook too !!

Triple threat my lovelies

Chicken, vegetables, stuffing and Yorkshire puddings - millionaire tart for dessert

Share your Sunday blues menu

I promise to go back to my 5.2 tomorrow and eat lots of fruit

Don't think you can beat proper carbonara with homemade garlic bread

I'm doing the same!

But with cauliflower cheese aswell.

Chicken in the slow cooker, lots of juice which makes great gravy and you can dip bread in it aswell

No roast here, we're having Old el Paso tortilla pockets filled with spicy bbq minced beef and peppers.

I'll do spicy bulgur wheat with them.

I too am doing roast chicken, roasted potatoes, carrots, mixed veggies, stuffing and Yorkshire pudding.

We have a choice for desert, Eton mess or finish off the rocky road and shortbread cookies.

Yorkshire

Sounds very nice, enjoy. Had roast stuffed chicken breasts yesterday - I put the recipe on the Favourite recipe thread.

Today having a little starter of some pate and salad stuff that need eating first and then a lovely shepherds pie with broccoli, carrots and peas followed by apple strudel with vanilla custard.

Hmm, not a fan of Yorkshire puddings so not worried about those. Have you done the chicken so the skin is nice and crispy? What veg are we having? And what kind of stuffing is it? Not paxo hopefully, something homemade?
