It's a long story but a colleague did this in a sore room and thought no one knew. Unfortunately for him, and his partner in crime, they didn't remember the room was next to a computer room where people were working. He didn't know for weeks that pretty much everyone knew and why he kept being asked to get more blotting paper from the store.

Have done it when I worked in security years ago. To be fair we were allowed to catch some zzzs as we were on call so had a camp bed in our office.

Was risky one night when there was a long distance driver catching some sleep in the canteen next door but usually has the whole building to ourselves and no cameras.
