I'm thinking of doing a photo overhaul as I may have too many and they have become pretty stale.

Which ones should stay or go?

I’d say go with your own gut feel, which are your faves? Which get the most Fabs?

Which pics best represent and show off YOU, after all it’s your shop window.

My 2p worth, there’s quite a lot of pics of you in your underpants. If you want a suggestion the you could thin a few of those out. But if you like them, keep them

I haven't looked but I did see the number.

Not sure anyone needs that many unless they're all wildly different and varied?

After having a look, I do agree that there are too many boxer shirts pics so I've removed a good bunch of them and kept the ones that have more than 10 fabs
