I had a nap with my daughter this afternoon.

Feel so much better. Anyway, which one are you? You can only be one!

At work during lunch break. I'm terrible for napping on the lunch table.

Yes, always enjoy an after lunch nap, for digestion purposes of course. Does have the adverse effect at bedtime when I am not tired.lol

Some days I can't help myself.

I'll get up around 7am then fall asleep on the sofa around 11am for an hour or two.

Some days I fall asleep around 5 ish, as I can't force myself to stay awake.

No nap today though

I do love a nap, but … I don’t like the groggy feeling I get when I wake up

No, it's too light and there's too much noise. Also I feel groggy for a good few hours after which defeats the purpose

I get about 6 hours sleep a night if I'm lucky. I need 8 to feel refreshed the next day.

I’m a champion napper. Had one earlier this afternoon. I can fall asleep within 2 minutes. The trick is to not map for more than 20 minutes otherwise you fall into a deeper sleep and feel terrible when you wake up.

Yes I can, and have very much wanted to most days since having bloody covid.

My husband can nap anywhere, anytime. He always falls asleep on trains, and has been known to start snoring on a 10 minute journey on the bus

Suffering with long covid and can literally drop off at moments notice now. Very frustrating as sometimes it's inopportune moments.

Oh it's nothing like that. He's like a cat. They sleep in the most awkward places they can. He snoozes at the most awkward times he can, leaving me to keep the children under control when they want to run up and down the train like maniacs.
