I used to be a total beer monster many moons ago (years in fact.) I had to stop cos of a health probs.

When you feel a bit down then I think you should play:

Massive effort and journey, great work! I’ve met several people who have really struggled with it, to the full ends of both sides of the spectrum, and it’s a real achievement that. Fair play, keep it up
