It's Thursday!!

I wish to complain about the fact that I can't get an answer from the Complaint's Department!!!!

Have knocked several times on their door, but no-one answers

Is anyone awake. or are they watching Jeremy Kyle, seeking advice on how to deal with complaints on here?????

Mine is not a rant more of a

After suffering for a week with problems to my right handside and been to docs and on painkillers etc

I got a call from my GP at 8 am saying I had to go to see a neurologist as a matter of urgency.

So lo and behold I am sat in hospital after being admitted and waiting for injections and bad news

I offer you the old-age notion of staying positive. Specifically not an external facade of positivity, but one that you feel to your core and believe in.

Having once spent a year in hospital without returning home, my personal experience in life is that we tend to experience and receive what we expect.

Take the time to listen to your body and reflect upon the things you appreciate in life.

Start expecting great things and well-being, especially when faced with any adversity.
