Dreams are very odd !!

I had a dream … in my dream, I was dreaming and I couldn’t work out if it was reality or a dream.

I know it makes no sense …. I obviously need some kind of help!

It’s made me very uneasy this morning though - it felt real

Hopefully it's just a blip. Dreams can make you feel that way.

I've had some were I have woken up screaming. Thankfully I haven't had one for a number of years !

Sex dreams are overrated. You just wake up disappointed and knock the glass off the bedside table.

Dreams help you process stuff in their weird and wonderful way, it's fun how your subconscious can insert random characters and scenarios at will

If you are at the point where you are questioning ‘is this a dream’ whilst dreaming, the trick is to look for a clock, proper clock, with hands (there will be one there!!) in dream world a proper clock won’t tick (for me both hands drop to 6 as soon as I focus on the clock) then you know you are dreaming

D.

Weirdest ones are when you wake up and think you can hear a gunshot or banging noise, and it's as quiet as the grave. There's some medical term for it.

The worst for me are the ones where I wake up screaming. Had one of those last week, but was having a really stressed week at work

I’d say to sell your dream the Christopher Nolan but I think he’s already made that film…

I have very wild, bright and colourful dreams. They’re often very vivid too.

I don’t have sex dreams though

OP I can relate to your weird dreams.

I had a VERY disturbing one a few nights ago involving my wife and step-daughter. I kept reliving it for a couple of days after, thinking where the hell did THAT come from.

I could never tell my wife.
