Essex.

I'm glad JD won but what I don't like about this is the way people are turning it around and saying that because of this victims of domestic violence have been set back years in the search for justice.

She as best as possible has been proven to have lied about the abuse, according to the people complaining about this, those falsely accused of abuse should just sit there quietly and take what's coming.

There is no excuse for domestic violence but and it's a big but, those falsely accused have the right to defend themselves in a court of law.

Justice is a pendulum, it swings both ways.

Johnny was a victim of domestic violence .severed finger bruised cheeks.. he never used it until he was made to .. this wasn't just about proving innocence this was about proving she emotionally and physically abused him

It must take a lot balls for anyone to stand up in court and admit what was happening, for a man to stand up in court, let alone a famous Man to admit what was going on knowing the World was watching, knowing he was being judged for each action.

You can see at times during the trial he was closed off, even shut down at points which must of brought back traumatic memories for him and people judged him for doodling and eating sweets, maybe that was distraction. He put his whole future career and reputation on the line to speak his truth but I guess at that point he had nothing left to lose

Just glad it is over for him and hope he can move forward with more success in his life.

As for Heard, glad she has been exposed for what she is, hopefully she can move on too and not make the same mistakes in the future so other men don't have to suffer because of her. A very unhappy lady who I hope gets the support she so obviously needs

The court finding for an accused is not setting back the clock on domestic abuse, the accuser lying about it in the first place is. Just because it’s said doesn’t mean it happened.

It will not set anything back. So long as you have good honest (untampered with) evidence then people should have nothing to fear in coming forward.
