Hay fever is bad today for me .. I think it’s the nettle pollen. Who wants a red eyed teary snotty snog!? Anyone? Anyone? No?

I am a little.

I had dried, gummy eyes that I had to pry open. To complement that….a tightening across my chest which makes breathing uncomfortable.

Bizarrely, I always get hayfever worse after a rain.

Also, it frequently is worse after I’ve showered.

June is my worse month so I’ll be dosing up from today

Yep my first day so far it's hit me .. Like clockwork every year as soon as June arrives
