I guess most of the regular forumites have noticed the upsurge in the number of new posts since the middle of this year.

Whilst scrolling through the site in the wee small hours it suddenly struck me as to just how much the lounge has changed in the latter half of this year. During January - June there were 1,301 new posts started in the lounge.......from the beginning of July there have been 4,270 (that's not counting then many threads which have been pulled)and there's still another seven weeks to the end of this half. None of the other forums have increased in this way.

I for one would like to thank the prolific posters (yeah, we all know who you are ) for providing the means for so much entertainment

A world of my own

I popped into the forums for the first time a few months ago to ask a couple of questions as I was relativly new to Fabs, I found most of the posts very amusing an some serious and helpful and now I'm addicted, lol. Also because of the Lounge I have made and met some lovely people and made new friends. I think the Lounge is so popular because its for any subject and not just about swinging.

Being serious, could do without some of the inane stuff, but that's just me. On the other hand, a lot of the posts are interesting in varying degrees, and I've definitely gained knowledge of a number of different things.

So on the whole, it's a definite YES from me. lol

lol....I've been taking a bit of time out from meets just recently....but I freely admit to loving the lounge forum. Well I'm often awake in the wee small hours and I usually spend my time catching up on the forum threads , but this morning I actually bothered to add up the number of threads posted...so yeah...maybe I do need to find something else to do in the early mornings!
