I meant if he worked for the company long enough, then was dismissed etc... for bringing the company into disrepute by being on a swing site (Before anybody tells me things dont happen like that...lol.. that is not the point I am making. I was chuckling at myself at the thought of a hearing where two people accuse each other of "immoral acitivities"... just me and my daily need for a giggle
