The only people I willingly call are my dad (and sometimes I'm not very keen on doing that)and my brother who lives in the far east. I'd much rather text. In lockdown some of my friends wanted to facetime

and another of my friends leaves me voice messages on WhatsApp. Psychopaths all of 'em!

There’s a reason why a lot of phone contacts limit data but provide unlimited call minutes .

I think it’s absurd to phone me without the courtesy of a pre warn text. Or like my neighbour thinking he can knock on my door unannounced.

Depends really.

Generally a phone call is it's quicker and easier if you need an immediate response. Will txt if its not something important that I want to tell someone

I'm normal, but my husband phones people *all* the time. He tries to keep in touch with everyone he can, so will randomly phone old school friends while he's doing the dishes. Once he makes friends with you he'll never let you escape
