Why do people ask this or are bothered by this ? I just see it as if I have walked past someone in the street. It adds nothing to my life on fab.

But, I get looked at over 50times daily on average. But how many fabs on my pictures? Right now I have zero in the last 24 hours. And that’s the same daily unless I post in a ‘please fab me’ threads.

How many messages this morning in my box? Zero.

So please. Tell me what is the most important stat to you that shows how you appear to people on fab?

I dont get it either, i see people begging for 'fabs' and boasting about view numbers, maybe it makes them feel good?

Im never check any fab stats, views, fabs ect, ive never been one thats bothered about popularity.

The only stats i check in general are what my crypto, shares, bank accounts are doing.

We’re not bothered at all, I’ll comment on a post in the forum if there’s one there when I’m in a chatty mood and not that busy, I tend to comment on the top few listings, so it’s a case of whatever’s up there at the time.

What you say is right though views mean nothing, I know yesterday we had what seemed a lot but didn’t equate to too many messages and just looked at fabs on pics out of curiosity and it’s nowhere near the amount of views but it’s probably the same people looking not all different.

Some people like it so if it brings them joy then all is good

We don't really look at winks or friends requests, though we take notice of the people who appreciate our photos and try and reciprocate by showing our appreciation in their s. Sharing photos are a good part of fab for us.

Seriously though, it's not that I want to wear number of views or likes, not in the slightest..

BUT...it does help psychologically to know that your profile has at least attracted some curiousity, and gives you a feeling that you are doing something right.

Sadly "invisible mode" viewings deny that to many, as they seek to to raise the view as an interest flag to HNGs..

I have no idea who looks at me really, stats wise I get about 8 views a week, and fabs, well let's say it's less than one a month...

And many of those are from men, which I'm not interested in the slightest.

So.. the upshot is don't get hung up on it, as it means bugger all...

I’m not bothered how many. It varies between below 100 and the high thousands, depending if I’ve uploaded a picture. I don’t see my views and feel anything whether low or high.

Same with fabs, I don’t really care how many fab my pictures. I get a bit embarrassed if they get a lot.

I get that some people like or need the validation that comes with that, but I don’t.

I can't remember the last time it went into double figures but I know there are actually 1000s of ninjas out there looking.

The majority of friend requests are from people I've never spoken to but as I rarely look at those requests or at winks those numbers are meaningless also.

I haven't sent a first contact message in 2½ years and average one or two messages a month. I can often go for a couple of months with no messages at all.

If I was relying on any of those forms of validation I wouldn't be here.

Fab is a pastime, not a full time job so I'm happy with the pace.

I quite like knowing how many views people get. I just find it interesting to see the difference between men, women and couples.

Seeing the number of views we've had generally shows me how busy fab is that day and whether I've uploaded a new picture or not.

I like seeing the fabs as well. I enjoy seeing what pictures are popular

Some folk are literally only here for forums, chats, likes though? Massive amounts of folk who use the site have zero interest in ever actually meeting anyone. So yep, makes perfect sense they care how many view/like em? Each to their own, and it gets some folk off

I do check my photo fabs in 24 hours, if a certain picture isn't cutting it I place it back into private... If they all get a persistent nothing it's time to spring clean the profile.

But does it bother you how many 'likes' you have on your pics then? Why is that? I don't think I've looked at my pics views in months, I don't care either? The only way I'm represented on here is a pic (a flattering one), so it's not even 'me' anyways

If you're chatting to people and on cams they'll tend to view your pictures. Suppose as I'm looking for meets when I'm back in UK it's to make my profile current and also help the confidence. Every girl who struggles with self image (thanks to the ex husband) can't help liking feedback of a photo of herself.

If I was looking to message someone, I’d be more inclined to look at someone’s profile who had fabbed a picture of mine than someone who is just a number of people that just looked at me. Am I bothered how many? No, not really. It flattering. So I get those that like the big numbers. So that stat would be more important.

Winks. Messages. They hold far more weight than anything else in how I would appear to people I would want to talk to. In my opinion.

Yep, I'm definitely more about the chatting, and the meeting too. Winks, likes mean nada at the end of the day. I don't need the validation to say 'I'm okay'.
