My partner as passed away some time ago, and I now have a new one but can not find a way to change my verification photo.

As long as all the pictures on your profile are with your new partner then I don't see a problem. Your verifications shew that you will turn up and you can be honest with people you are planning to meet if they ask. No one sees your verification picture.

We post 15 new pics every day and having 3 or 4 rejected because her face can be seen, but she is happy with the face to be seen

Why do you need a new verification photo? You are already verified in person.

You can ask them to delete the veri photo.

Ah! The Fab conondroum! I know from experience... If you're a lone fem you can add pics of a guy to your profile no problem! But if you're a lone male they won't accept lone fem pics on your profile. It makes sense to be faur as lone males could try to palm off themselves as a couple... But then again as a single fem I could also be trying to say that any bloke is my 'partner'

Most of the veris are specifically just for Bob, so it would seem that the lady is immaterial anyway...

Contact admin. and request they help address issue. Sometimes I found they can be very helpful with implementing the change to profile. If not, it maybe easier to simply delete account and set-up a new profile with up-to-date pics. etc.
