This is also in the support section but it’s too quiet in there

I’ve just rewritten my profile on account that it would seem that attached or guys from the next county can’t read or understand what ‘single’ or ‘local’ means

Can someone have a look please and let me know if it’s ok or perhaps a little unfriendly? I’ll correct it if it is, as I don’t want it to be

Personally it comes across a little harsh to me and I'd be scared to message if I were a man, but all that matters is it works for you in finding the type of people you want

Personally I think it does read a little unfriendly...but that might just be my mood...

Also, those who you want to read (tp stop unwanted messages) it probably won't.

I think it's to the point and clear op.

I get the same as you & it annoys me too.I think many don't read profiles,but some do and think it won't apply to them.

From my perspective, I don’t think it matters what you write. Those who choose to ignore/not read profiles, will not read that too.

I see little point in having a list of ranty, what you don’t want stuff, as a way of enticing someone to get in touch.

It does read rather harshly, bordering on unfriendly and unapproachable. But if it’s works for you, it’s not for me to say change it.

In my experience I have try long i have tryed short

I have tryed capple letters ie shouting

Nothing worked 99% off people don’t read the text

And I can fully 100% know why they don’t and can’t fault them

Same with copy and paste messages understand and can’t fault them

Put it this why

Why should people summit to a list off demands

And take 20 odd minutes to write a custom message for it to

To go unanswered

There is about 3 threads to day with questions that I know the answer to would take me two seconds

But the fact that I wouldn’t even get a thank you back

Means stuff them I not helping

Mine is very like yours and a lot of genuine guys say they like it that way. It's to the point, honest and made very clear.

Most still won't bother reading it and will message anyway although it makes replying very easy when they say do you want this or that I just send back "read the profile"

Men don't read profiles, to be honest I don't either.

People aren't going to follow anyone's "rules".

I understand stand that

I fully understand as with being in the middle i get to see things from both sides

Ie I had a man’s profile so I get to see things from that side

And with have a tv/ts profile I get to see things from a woman’s perspective

Just a lot worse kind off

Ie most tread us like a dirty secret to just get they end away on

Wasn’t have a go at it was just saying I can fully understand why people don’t fallow texts and stuff

Hi Jesster,

I agree with the other posters that your profile conveys that you have strong opinions and express them forthrightly.

One improvement, that I think might get you more of the attention you are looking for is a different selection of pictures maybe some clothed profile shots , so people can imagine what you are like socially.
